Our Team
Jordan Miller joined the CenterPoint Aviation Law team in May 2013.

Prior to joining CenterPoint Aviation Law, Jordan was a Senior Manager, State and Local Taxes at Ernst & Young where he specialized in providing multi-jurisdictional transaction tax consulting services to clients in a wide array of industries including general aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, technology, biotechnology, retailing and professional services. Jordan has also worked at other prominent tax and accounting firms including Ryan, Moss Adams and Arthur Anderson.

Since 2000, Jordan has provided exceptional consultation and assistance with the resolution of state and local tax controversies through the audit and state administrative appeals process. Jordan's experience includes initial aircraft tax structuring, acquisition and subsequent Part 91, charter, fractional and leasing operations. As part of his practice, Jordan is often involved in Washington Department of Revenue stakeholder processes, shaping tax issues of importance for various industries regarding the administration of Washington state tax laws and rules.

Jordan earned his B.A. from the University of Oregon, his J.D. and M.B.A. from Gonzaga University Schools of Law and Business Administration respectively, and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law. He is a member of the National Business Aviation Association, Pacific Northwest Business Aviation Association, Northwest Aviation Insurance Association, American Bar Association, Washington Bar Association, King County Bar Association, Institute for Professionals in Taxation, and serves on the Tax and Fiscal Policy Committee of the Association of Washington Business. He is also a frequent speaker on state and local tax matters and has presented on Washington excise and multistate tax matters for the Washington Society of CPAs, Council on State Taxation, Certified General Accountants of Canada and TechAmerica among others.
